• The order should be placed at least 24 hours before delivery.
• Orders cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the due date.
• If order is to be cancelled in case of emergency then 50% amount is to be paid.
• Once a cake leaves our place, customers accept all responsibility for the transport of it to their location. We cannot give refunds if there is a mishap during transit. We advise all our customers as to the best way to transport their cakes but it is the customer’s responsibility to exercise extreme care when moving and transporting their cake.
• Fondant work is customized to best of our ability to duplicate your intended design. We must often make adjustments to the design for reasons of stability and support of certain three dimensional elements and often substitute fondant for gum paste or vice versa as well as using other edible elements to create a custom design. We cannot duplicate realistic objects in their entirety. Some leeway must be given to our decorators in the design decision as they create the custom elements and assemble a cake.
